WHAT IS THE K12 BUSINESS OPERATIONS & FACILITIES SUMMIT?
The K12 Business Operations & Facilities Summit is a private, invitation-only event developed specifically for senior-level district administrators who are responsible for overseeing the business, administrative and facilities affairs of the nation's largest school districts. This summit was developed with the goal of encouraging collaborative relationships across all departments to assist districts in their efforts to maximize all available resources and create greater operational efficiencies.
The summit program will have two separate agendas (one for Business administrators & one for Facilities administrators); however there will be joint sessions that will address the pressing issues that require close collaboration between both departments, such as creative funding, sustainability, masterplanning and accountability.
The K12 Business Operations & Facilities Summit is a discussion driven event; therefore you are a participant at the summit…not just an attendee. Participation in this summit will provide senior administrators with the opportunity to discuss and debate the challenges facing their districts in a relaxed and intimate environment that cannot be found at any other industry events. From high power keynote addresses to intimate round table discussions, our unique summit format will provide you with the essential knowledge take-away that will justify your precious time away from the office.
